Tier 3 Support Engineer
About the Role
net2phone Tier 3 Engineers work with remote parties including customers, agents, IT consultants, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and repair issues related to Data and Voice networks.
Responsibilities
Our ideal new teammate would have prior experience in an IT support or engineering-based role. They would be able to work with technical and engineering colleagues to diagnose and resolve technical challenges with IP networks and voice networks.
