    How do interaction credits work?
    You have a single pool of interaction credits that can be used for both messaging and voice communications. Credits are deducted in different amounts, depending on the type of interaction. Chat messages consume fewer credits than voice calls, reflecting the different resources used. 
    How many interaction credits do I need?
    The number of credits you need depends entirely on your anticipated usage. If you plan on having a message-based bot, you’ll use fewer credits than you would a voice bot. You can view our pricing schedule here.
    What's the difference between message and voice interaction credits?
    The credits themselves aren't different; they're all part of the same pool. The key is the rate at which they are used. Chat messages deduct fewer credits, while voice calls use more.
    Can I use my interaction credits for anything else?
    Currently, interaction credits are exclusively for voice and messaging communication for our AI Agent service. We may add other features in the future, and if so, we'll let you know!

    Yes! You can upgrade your bundle at any time. The change will take effect after you contact our support team to change your usage plan. Downgrading your usage is currently not allowed during your service term.
    How can I check my interaction credit balance?
    You can view your current interaction credit balance in the Admin section of your account dashboard. This is updated in real time so you will always have a window into your credit balance.
    What happens if I run out of interaction credits?
    If you run out of credits, your AI Agent will not be able to send messages or make voice calls until you purchase more credits or until your plan is renewed at the beginning of the next month. We will notify you when your balance is low.
