    Channel Sales Manager

    About the Role

    net2Phone is hiring! We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Channel Sales Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day pre and post-sales for net2Phone’s Sales Agents and Partners to help our channel generate new sales agents and expand net2Phone’s customer base. The net2Phone environment is fast-paced, high octane, success, and teamwork-oriented environment committed to growing the business in a rapidly growing marketplace.

    You’ll become the resident expert on net2Phone’s services and will manage your Agents with their sell-through of our hosted VoIP platform, SIP Trunking, and call management services. Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Grow revenue by generating new net2Phone Agents & Partners
    • Manage Agents to develop and execute net2Phone business sales plans
    • Reach Seat (user) Budget and Quota for net2Phone
    • Assist Agents with lead generation, prospecting and assist in closing their business customers
    • Provide day-to-day support for net2Phone Channel partners to help them sell, implement and support net2Phone’s services
    • Assist agents with quotes and proposals for net2PhoneOffice services
    • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with Agent implementation, support, and onboarding
    • Understand Partner’s business verticals and how net2Phone’s solutions can enhance their value proposition
    • Assist with ongoing agent training, marketing, and overall enablement programs
    • Work cross-functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals
    • Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for Agent
    • Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure Agent and customer satisfaction
    • Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars
    • Exceed revenue/quota objectives
    • Ability to travel 20-40%
