    Service Restrictions

    • As set forth in the Terms of Service, net2phone reserves the right to suspend access to N2P Coach or any of its features if net2phone determines that you (including any of your Authorized Users) are using N2P Coach in a manner that exceeds anticipated use projections, exceeds usage by similar-sized customers and/or negatively impacts the operability, integrity, or security of N2P Coach.
    • A minimum 12 month service term agreement is required.

    Trial Subscription

    • Trial Period is 7 days.
    • See Terms of Service for additional information regarding Trial Period.

    Additional Charges

    • The Platform Fee, which is set forth in your quote, is applied on a per account basis and is a monthly recurring charge.
    • N2P Coach is available with any net2phone UCaaS service plan, CCaaS service plan, or third-party UCaaS or CCaaS service plan as an add-on at the price set forth in your quote*. 

    * UCaaS service plans are subject to a “fair use” 7,500 credit limit per Coach license.CCaaS service and third-party service plans are subject to a 1,000 credit limit per Coach license. The credits per Coach license can be shared over an account. Once the applicable account credit limit is reached, additional credits will be charged at $0.01 per credit.

    Definitions of Terms

    • Platform Fee = a recurring charge for the use of the underlying software service, which covers ongoing services, usage, and the infrastructure that supports the platform
    • Credits = the unit of value applied to a voice minute, email, or AI question, and are consumed in the following manner:
      • Voice Minutes (inbound and outbound calls and huddles): 2 credits per minute of use
      • Emails: 7 credits per email sent
      • AI questions: 5 credits per AI question
