CRTC Regulatory Recovery Fees

Regulatory Recovery and Administrative Charge. net2phone Canada imposes monthly Regulatory Recovery and Administrative Charges (“Charges”) in order to recover expenses net2phone Canada incurs in connection with, among other things, annual regulatory fees assessed on Company by the CRTC; protection and registration of intellectual property; subpoenas and civil litigation demands; as well as legal and administrative expenses.

The Charges are outlined in your service agreement (subject to change) and imposed on all monthly recurring charges and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, you agree that such Charges may be changed by Company at any time in its sole discretion. The Charges are not a government-mandated charge or tax.
