Monthly
Calling Plans
VoiceLine offers a variety of plans to meet your calling needs.
You can choose a plan with a fixed or an unlimited amount
of minutes to in-plan locations. Your first monthly cycle
begins when you make or receive your first call. Please refer
to our calling plans for complete
pricing information.
VoiceLine is a prepaid service, so you will not receive a
bill. Each month, your credit card will be charged the price
of the plan you selected. If you make overage calls or calls
to out-of-plan locations, they will be charged to your credit
card at the end of your current monthly cycle or when the
amount of these calls exceeds $25, whichever comes first.
Any unused minutes at the end of a monthly cycle cannot be
used for the next month.

Activation Fee
For customers in the U.S., there is a one-time service activation
fee of $29.99.

Phone Number Monthly Charge
Your VoiceLine monthly calling plan includes a primary phone
number from the U.S. or Canada at no extra charge. If you
select a primary number from another country, however, an
additional monthly charge will apply. The amount of the additional
charge varies by country. (View pricing information here.)
Additional phone numbers that you add to your account also
carry a monthly charge.

Toll-Free Phone Numbers
U.S. or U.K. toll-free numbers are available with your VoiceLine
service for an additional $5 per month. Each monthly cycle
with a toll-free number includes 100 minutes of free incoming
calls. Additional incoming calls are 4.9¢ per minute.

Rates for Incoming Calls
If you have a monthly plan, there is no charge for
incoming calls. The rates shown below apply if you have a
toll-free number or a Pay-As-You-Go plan. Also shown are rates
for calling other VoiceLine subscribers.

Enhanced Service Fee
For some VoiceLine phone numbers, Net2Phone charges an Enhanced
Service Fee. This fee is a monthly charge to recover costs
incurred by Net2Phone to maintain and connect a phone number
with the public phone networks. If applicable, the Enhanced
Service Fee will be charged along with the monthly cost of
your calling plan.

Universal Service Fund Surcharge
The Federal Universal Service Fund was created by the United
States federal government to help ensure affordable telecommunications
service across the country, especially for low-income customers
and residents of rural communities. All telecommunications
providers are required by law to pay into the Federal USF.
Net2Phone's Federal Universal Service Fund surcharge recovers what
we must pay to the Federal Universal Service Fund for our service
to you. If you have a U.S. service address, a USF surcharge will
be added to your monthly charges.

Credit Card Charges
With a monthly calling plan, your credit card will be automatically
charged with the price of your plan on the first day of every
monthly cycle. Any overage or out-of-plan calls will be added
to the monthly plan charge or charged to your credit card
separately. Your first monthly cycle begins when you make
or receive your first call.

Discounts for Additional Calling
Plans
You will receive a 10% discount on any additional monthly
plans that you add to your account. The discount will be applied
to the lower- (or lowest-) priced plan(s). For example, if
you have a $24.99 monthly plan and add a $19.99 monthly plan,
you will receive a 10% monthly discount of $1.99.
Note: The 10% discount is applied to the monthly price of
the plan. Fees for toll-free phone numbers are not discounted.
Also, Pay-As-You-Go plans do not qualify for discounts.
To add a calling plan, login
to the online account center. Click "Manage Plan"
on the left side of the page and then click "Add Calling
Plan" land follow the instructions.

Changing Calling Plans
If your calling needs have changed, you can choose a new calling
plan. Your new plan will take effect immediately. You can
change your plan in our online
account center or by contacting customer
support.
If you change your current calling plan or add an additional
calling plan, your billing cycle date remains the same. You
will be charged a pro-rated amount for your new calling plan
until your next billing cycle begins. Any credits will be
applied to your account.

Updating Billing Information
If you want to update or change your credit card information
or if you would like to add funds to your Net2Phone account
with a different credit card, go to our online account center
and enter your new information. Login to your account at www.net2phonevoiceline.com,
click the "Edit" link in the box titled "Your
Profile," then click the "Billing Information"
link.

Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plans
VoiceLine offers a prepaid Pay-As-You-Go calling plan. Add
funds to your account at any time and pay per-minute rates
for your calls. Your funds never expire as long as you make
or receive at least one call every 120 days. Pay-As-You-Go
is not available in the U.S.

Plans
VoiceMail is available with a Pay-As-You-Go plan for 99¢
a month. A monthly calling plan includes VoiceMail at no extra

Adding Pay-As-You-Go Funds
You can add funds to your Pay-As-You-Go plan by using a credit
card and making a purchase over our secure server. Login to
your account at www.net2phonevoiceline.com
and click Add Funds link in the box titled "Your Current
Plan."

Auto-Recharge Option
Net2Phone offers you the ability to add
funds to your Pay-As-You-Go plan through our convenient
Auto-Recharge feature. Using Auto-Recharge ensures that you
will always have funds for calling. For example, you can choose
to add $25 to your account whenever your balance drops below
$10.

Expiration Policy
Your Pay-As-You-Go
funds will not expire as long as you make at least one paid
call every 120 days. For example, if you make a paid call
on January 1, your funds will not expire as long as you make
at least one paid call before May 1. If you do not make a
paid call in that 120-day period, any remaining funds in your
account will expire.
Please note that 30 days after your Pay-As-You-Go funds expire,
your phone number may be reassigned to another customer.

Cancellation Policy
There is no contract to sign to use the VoiceLine service.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Please contact
customer support if you
would like to cancel your plan -- your current cycle at the
time of the call will be your last cycle. Please note that
30 days after your account is cancelled, your phone number
may be reassigned to another customer.
Important notice for customers in the U.S.:
An early deactivation fee of $39.99 applies if you cancel
your VoiceLine service within one year of activation.

Hardware Refund Policy
Net2Phone accepts returns for defective devices for a period
of 45 days from date of purchase (30 days on purchases made
in the U.S.). Contact the VoiceLine customer
support team if you have a defective device.

Shipping
Destinations
Net2Phone ships the InnoMedia
telephone adapter and the XJ-100 Wi-Fi Phone to destinations
around the world.

Shipping Charges
Shipment to the U.S. (48 contiguous states):
The shipping and handling fee is $10. Orders normally arrive within 5-7 business days.
Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska:
The shipping and handling fee for the InnoMedia adapter
is $18.50; the fee for the XJ-100 Wi-Fi Phone is $20.
Shipment to Canada:
The shipping and handling fee for the InnoMedia adapter
is $18.50; the fee for the XJ-100 Wi-Fi Phone is $18.
Any additional charges related to customs procedures,
such as regional duty taxes, are the responsibility of
the customer.
Shipment to other locations:
The shipping and handling fee is $45. Orders are shipped
through United States Express Mail. Orders usually arrive
within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. However,
product may be delayed due to international customs procedures.
Any additional charges related to customs procedures, such
as regional duty taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to a U.S. Military Address
In order to ship to a U.S. military address, indicate that
you will be calling from outside the U.S. when you sign up
for VoiceLine. When completing the Shipping Address information,
include your unit and APO or FPO address along with the nine-digit
ZIP Code (if one is assigned).
