How do I add funds to my account?
The easiest, quickest way to add funds is by using a credit
card and making a purchase over our secure server. You can also
send us a check

transfer.

Will the funds I add to my account ever expire?
Your funds will never expire as long as you make at least one paid
call every 90 days. For example, if you make a paid call on January
1, your funds will not expire as long as you make at least one paid
call before April 2. If you do not make a paid call in that 90-day
period, any remaining funds in your account will expire.

How do I update my credit card information?
If your credit card is about to expire or you would like to add
funds to your Net2Phone account with a different credit card, go
to the Billing
Information page and enter your new information.

How do I pay by check?
Please send the completed application with your Net2Phone account number and your check (made payable to Net2Phone) to this address:
