(NASDAQ: NTOP) today announced that Ingram Micro Inc., the world's largest wholesale provider of technology products and services, will distribute the company's new Yap (Your Alternative Phone) Internet telephony product line in retail outlets nationwide.

• Yap Phone: Designed to resemble a traditional telephone, the Yap Phone plugs into the USB port of the computer.
• Yap Jack: Net2Phone's Internet Appliance, allows you to plug an ordinary telephone into the Yap Jack and then plug the Yap Jack directly into an ordinary analog phone jack. This then allows you to place Internet phone calls without a PC at reduced rates with exceptional VOIP quality.
Yap Multimax: Yap's Corporate Solution. The Yap Multimax allows for up to 6 lines, each of which capable of making calls, faxes, etc. while maintaining an Internet connection.
